Report Cards

Tongass School utilizes standards-based report cards to measure academic growth in the areas of reading, writing, science, and math. The Alaska Grade Level Expectations are statements that define what students should know and be able to do at the end of a given grade level. Teachers mark progress on each area of the report card using emerging, developing, proficient or advanced to indicate the student’s current level of progress toward meeting the Alaska Grade-Level Expectations by the end of the year.
