3rd & 4th grade Newsnote
Dear Parents & Guardians, Friday, March 30, 2018
I have noticed our students treating each other with kindness in many small interactions during different parts of our school days. Almost every day Harvey volunteers to hold the door open for all of us when we come back from our morning recess; he is so kind about it too. In PE, our class played two different versions of dodgeball and the kiddos were helping each other, laughing, being honest about getting out, congratulating each other, and being agreeable when they lost. I am proud of how our class played! I’ve seen students share snacks, lend erasers, pick up others’ math books, and read favorite books together. Seeing such small moments of awesomeness really makes my heart happy. I hope you know that your kiddo is noticed and is an important part of our classroom family. In addition to sharing our tables and supplies, we share jokes, we share stories, we share fun moments in class. Thank you for all the parenting work you do – these kiddos are exceptional.
We will have our next C.O.L on this same night – April 26, 6-7:30
|Love from Dawn – and Clint too!!|
